Description of Services<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Vision Plus is a driving school recognized by the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de l'assurance automobile du Qu\u00e9bec (SAAQ) offering driver training courses in compliance with the Road Safety Education Program (PESR). We operate four locations in Laval, Sainte-Th\u00e9r\u00e8se, Saint-J\u00e9r\u00f4me, and Mascouche.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The Website serves as an informational platform about our services and allows visitors to:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>View information about our driving courses and packages<\/li>\r\n  <li>Access our online registration platform (app.jeconduis.com)<\/li>\r\n  <li>Contact us through our contact forms<\/li>\r\n  <li>View the locations of our schools<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>2. Registration and Training<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<h3>2.1 Registration Requirements<\/h3>\r\n<p>Registration for our driver training services is subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>The student must be at least 16 years old when presenting themselves at the SAAQ to obtain a learner's permit<\/li>\r\n  <li>Students under 18 must provide written consent from the person with parental authority<\/li>\r\n  <li>Registration is completed through our online platform (app.jeconduis.com) or in person at one of our locations<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>2.2 Training Contract<\/h3>\r\n<p>Enrollment in a driving course at Vision Plus constitutes a service contract separate from these Terms. The specific terms and conditions related to training (duration, payments, cancellation, refund policy) are detailed in the training contract signed at the time of registration.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>2.3 Pricing<\/h3>\r\n<p>Prices displayed on the Website are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes (GST and QST), unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of signing the training contract.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>2.4 Payments<\/h3>\r\n<p>Payment terms are detailed in the training contract.
