These terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website jeconduis.com (hereinafter the "Website") operated by École de conduite Vision Plus inc. (hereinafter "Vision Plus," "we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated in Quebec.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Description of Services

Vision Plus is a driving school recognized by the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) offering driver training courses in compliance with the Road Safety Education Program (PESR). We operate four locations in Laval, Sainte-Thérèse, Saint-Jérôme, and Mascouche.

The Website serves as an informational platform about our services and allows visitors to:

2. Registration and Training

2.1 Registration Requirements

Registration for our driver training services is subject to the following conditions:

• The student must be at least 16 years old when presenting themselves at the SAAQ to obtain a learner's permit
• Students under 18 must provide written consent from the person with parental authority
• Registration is completed through our online platform (app.jeconduis.com) or in person at one of our locations

2.2 Training Contract

Enrollment in a driving course at Vision Plus constitutes a service contract separate from these Terms. The specific terms and conditions related to training (duration, payments, cancellation, refund policy) are detailed in the training contract signed at the time of registration.

2.3 Pricing

Prices displayed on the Website are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes (GST and QST), unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of signing the training contract.

2.4 Payments

Payment terms are detailed in the training contract. Vision Plus offers an installment payment plan, the conditions of which are specified at the time of registration.

3. Use of the Website

3.1 Authorized Use

The Website is made available to you for personal and non-commercial informational purposes. You agree to use the Website in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

3.2 Prohibited Use

The following are prohibited:
