What we're looking for
- ✓Strong people skills and excellent customer service
- ✓Spoken and written French (required); English an asset
- ✓Comfortable with a computer (email, calendar, booking software)

Questions about the receptionist role
No. Customer service experience is an asset, but it is not a requirement. What matters most: people skills, a sense of organisation and a good command of spoken and written French.
The position is part-time, mainly evenings and weekends, which is when our Laval and Rive-Nord branches are busiest. The schedule is set with you, based on your availability.
